Solid choice for a short visit
functional television clean room lively atmosphere
My room included a functional television. I found the room to be clean. The pub downstairs had a lively atmosphere and breakfast was convenient. I appreciated the proximity to many bars and restaurants.
The bathroom had only two towels for a triple occupancy.

The staff helped with our specific requests. The manager seemed cooperative and attentive. I was able to leave my bags after check out, it was very useful.

The hotel is near Deansgate station, it allows easy access to the center by transport. Many bars, cafes, and restaurants surround the place. It is a short walk to the theatre.

Acceptable , but Issues with Noise and Room Setup
excessive noise inadequate bedding
The staff were friendly and helpful .
The noise from the pub downstairs was louder than I expected. It continued until midnight. the room I booked as a triple only had two single beds made up. One of my friends ended up sleeping on the floor , which was not ideal.

fantastic stay!
spacious room clean room central location
the room was spacious and very clean. the staff allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out (it helped us a lot!). its central location made it easily accessible, even by foot. i didn't have any issues with noise from the pub and the music was very low.
the side lights did not work correctly, maybe switches are not working correctly.

the hotel offers a good dining experience with a range of options available. there are plenty of excellent bars and restaurants nearby to explore, which offer a variety of culinary delights to suit any palate.

the staff was friendly, professional and very helpful (they were great!). they always had a smile and were willing to assist with any request. their dedication.

the hotel features a pub with a lovely atmosphere, great. the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation. a tram stop is just a short walk away, providing easy access to the surrounding areas.

the location is fantastic, especially for events at castlefield bowl. it's also great for the jazz festival, a major reason for my stay. the hotel is within easy walking distance to the albert hall.

acceptable stay with issues
loose fittings leaking pipe
the location was very convenient to the venue i needed to visit.
the bathroom fittings were loose, specifically the towel rail and shower holder. the bedroom was also uncomfortably hot. i could not cool the room because the windows could not open. a pipe was leaking near the shower when it was on.
